- 2 cups Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
- 1 pkg frozen Peas (thawed)
- 1/2 can Pimento
- 2 Tbsps chopped Onion
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Hellman’s mayo
- crushed potato chips
- shredded Swiss cheese

Mix and put into casserole

Cover with sauce

Cook until thick, cool and add 1/2 cup Hellman’s mayo

Top with crushed potato chips and shredded Swiss cheese

Bake 350° for 1 hour
