  • 2 cups Chicken
  • 2 cups Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
  • 1 pkg frozen Peas (thawed)
  • 1/2 can Pimento
  • 2 Tbsps chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 cup Hellman’s mayo
  • crushed potato chips
  • shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

    Mix and put into casserole

    Cover with sauce

  3. 3

    Cook until thick, cool and add 1/2 cup Hellman’s mayo

  4. 4

    Top with crushed potato chips and shredded Swiss cheese

  5. 5

    Bake 350° for 1 hour
