Roll the butter slices in mixture of Parsley, Garlic and 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Slices

Roll chicken breasts around butter slices. 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed

Brush chicken rolls with beaten egg. Roll in 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Breadcrumbs and saute in Olive Oil, turning to cook 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil evenly on all sides.
