Chicken Enchilada Casserole

- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green chiles
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 20 oz mild enchilada sauce
- 8 oz nonfat plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8- or 9-inch square casserole with nonstick spray.

Cover bottom of dish with 4 tortillas. Sprinkle with half the chicken, cheese, chiles, and scallions.

Stir enchilada sauce and yogurt together; pour half over the layers.

Add remaining 4 tortillas, chicken, and chiles; top with remaining cheese and sauce. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
