Chicken Corn Bread Casserole

- 4 cup crumbled corn bread
- 1 0.5 cup cooked chicken, coarsely chopped
- 0.3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 0.3 cup chopped celery
- 0.3 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 can chicken broth (13.5 oz each)
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix corn bread crumbs with bell pepper, celery, onion, and seasonings.

Place half of the corn bread mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Spread chopped chicken on top.

Combine soup and broth; pour over chicken. Cover with remaining corn bread mixture; press down lightly.

Set aside 20 minutes, then bake 45 minutes until golden.
