Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

  • 2 lb skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 whole egg mixed with 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz ham, diced
  • 10 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Dip chicken chunks into the egg and milk mixture, then coat well with bread crumbs.

    Brown coated chicken in a small amount of oil until golden.

    Place chicken chunks in a baking dish.

    Add Swiss cheese cubes and diced ham over the chicken.

    Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and pour over everything.

    Bake about 30 minutes at 350°F or until tender and bubbly.
