  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.3 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
