- 3 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.3 tsp cinnamon
- 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper
- can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
