  • 0 each c. cooked rice (1-1/2 c. uncooked)
  • 1 each tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 each -1/2 c. (8 oz.) cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 each sm. can cut green beans, drained
  • 0.8 each c. milk
  • 1 each (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 each (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Instructions

    Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking pan with spoon.

    Press rice up sides and over bottom to form crust.

  3. 3

    Combine chicken, beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions - spoon into rice crust.

  4. 4

    Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

    Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered five minutes longer.
