- 12 oz chicken breasts
- 0.3 cup soy flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 0.5 cup 5 Brothers Alfredo Sauce
Instructions

Mix spices with flour and drip chicken. Sauté in oil and butter until done and remove from pan. Add a little butter and sauté mushrooms. Stir in Alfredo sauce and stir until warm. Serve over chicken. (Serves 3 @ 5 carbs) Crispy Chicken with “Honey Mustard”
