  • 3/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 C. all−purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. quick cooking rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/2 C. dried cherries
  • 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
  • 6 oz. white chocolate chips (or semisweet chocolate chips, if desired)

Instructions

    Place sugar in bottom of a 1−quart jar.

    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together to make the second layer.

  3. 3

    Add the remaining ingredients in the order given.

  4. 4

    If there are any gaps at the top when finished layering, add cherries, chips or nuts to fill in the space.
