Cherry Almond Jelly

  • 0 cup cherry juice (Cherry Juicy
  • 0 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 each box pectin
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract (I used a little extra )

Instructions

    Bring 1 cup cherry juice, vanilla and almond extract to a boil.

    Boil for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add remaining juice and pectin and return to a boil.

  4. 4

    Boil for 1 minute.

    Add sugar and bring to a full rolling boil.

  6. 6

    Boil for 1 1/2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Pour up in jars, seal, and process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.

    Yield: 5 cups
