Cheese Quesadillas Guacamole

Crispy quesadillas with cheese and avocado.

  • 8 each Flour tortillas
  • 3 cup Shredded Oaxaca cheese
  • 2 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 tsp Lime juice

Instructions

    Lay tortilla on work surface.

    Spread 1/3 cup cheese on half of tortilla.

    Add 1/4 cup guacamole on top of cheese.

    Fold tortilla in half.

    Butter a skillet and heat to medium-high.

    Cook quesadilla 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.

    Cut into triangles.

  8. 8

    Serve with sour cream and pico de gallo.
