Cheese Fondue
Classic Swiss cheese fondue for dipping.

- 1 lb Gruyere cheese
- 8 oz Emmental cheese
- 1 cup Dry white wine
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Kirsch
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 loaves Crusty bread
- 2 cup Apple chunks
- 1 bunch Broccoli florets
Instructions

Rub fondue pot with garlic clove.

Pour in white wine and heat until steaming.

Mix cheeses with cornstarch.

Add cheese mixture to wine, stirring constantly.

Add kirsch, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Keep warm over low heat.

Serve with bread, apples, and vegetables for dipping.
