Cheese Dog Casserole

  • 2 each tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 each tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 each tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 cup cooked noodles
  • 2 cup diced hot dogs (5)
  • 1/8 each tsp. curry powder
  • 0.5 each -3/4 tsp. salt
  • 0.8 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Start, heating oven to 350F degrees.

    Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender.

  3. 3

    Add hot dogs, curry, salt and noodles, then 1/2 cup grated cheese.

    Turn into 2 quart casserole.

    Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake 30 minutes.
