- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 0.3 cup roasted red peppers, drained and diced

In a 3-quart saucepan, mix American cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, flour, and mustard.

Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts.
