  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 0.3 cup roasted red peppers, drained and diced

    In a 3-quart saucepan, mix American cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, flour, and mustard.

    Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts.
