Champagne Salad

A frozen fruit dessert salad of cream cheese, pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and walnuts folded into whipped topping — a classic potluck favorite.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 15 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 oz frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 0.8 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

    In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Fold in pineapple, whipped topping, and strawberries; mix well. Stir in bananas and walnuts.
