Cauliflower and Potato Curry

  • 4 cup potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 pinch asafetida
  • 0.8 tsp ground turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.8 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 0.3 cup water
  • 0.5 tsp garam masala

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to crockpot and stir to combine.

    Cook on LOW approximately 6 hours until potatoes and cauliflower are tender.

    Stir well before serving. Serve with rice or naan.
