- 0.5 cup onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 0.3 cup butter
- 1 0.5 lb ground round beef
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can (3 oz) button mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 count medium tomato, chopped
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté onion and green pepper in butter over medium heat until tender.

Add ground round and cook until browned; season with salt, pepper, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce.

In a 2.5-quart casserole dish, combine cooked macaroni, meat mixture, mushrooms, tomato soup, and chopped tomato. Stir to mix.

Cover and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, and bake uncovered 5 more minutes until cheese is golden. Serve hot.
