Carrot-Raisin Bars
A Betty Crocker betty-crocker-cookies recipe for Carrot-Raisin Bars.

- 1 package Betty Crocker® SuperMoist carrot cake mix
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.3 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 0.8 cup raisins
- 0.5 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tub Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy cream cheese

frosting Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 × 10 1/2 × 1 inch. Mix cake mix (dry), oil, water and eggs in large bowl with spoon. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bars spring back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely. Frost with frosting.
