  • 3 cup cooked potatoes, warm, cubed
  • 0.3 cup chopped pimiento
  • 0.3 cup sour pickle, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

    Combine potatoes, pimiento, pickle, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise, salt, anda pprika. Chill. Serves 4. Origin Unknown Hawaiian Pineapple Pie This makes 2 pies 6 eggs 2 cups crushed Pineapple 2 cups coconut 2 cups sugar 2 cups white syrup 1 cup butter, melted 4 Tablespoons flour Combine all ingredients together and beat at low speed.
