  • 2 each ts ground oregano
  • 2 each ts salt
  • 0.8 each c vinegar
  • 2 each lg onions, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, mashed
  • 0.5 each ts course black pepper
  • 1 each ts liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients to make marinade and soak meat in marinade 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Remove meat from marinade and place in oven or smoker for from 7-8 hours at about 150- 200 degrees.

  3. 3

    It's done when meat has turned brown, feels hard and is dry to the touch.
