Carmel Apple Dip

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 each tsp. vanilla
  • 1 each 8 oz. package cream cheese

Instructions

    In heavy sauce pan add milk, brown sugar, corn syrup till well blended and boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly.

    Let cool in pan.

    Whip cream cheese until soft and add to the cooled carmel.

    Blend together.

    Add chopped pecans or chopped peanuts on top.

  6. 6

    Eat with granny smith apples.
