- 3 cup cooked white rice
- 0.5 cup dried cranberries or cherries or dried, chopped apricots
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
- 1 can evaporated milk, 12 oz
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Spray inside of 2 to 3.5 quart crock pot with cooking spray.
