- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 0.3 cup capers
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 0.3 cup sour cream
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard

Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sugar.
