- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 0.5 cup butter
- 1 0.5 cup onions, chopped
- 5 cup broccoli florets, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 0.3 cup yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 0.8 cup julienne-cut carrots
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 0.3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, minced
- 1 0.3 cup crushed tomatoes in puree
- 0.3 tsp dried oregano
- 0.3 tsp dried rosemary
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Sauté onions, carrots, and broccoli in butter 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms, squash, and garlic. Sauté 2 minutes.

Add sun-dried tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, water, bouillon, parsley, oregano, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.

Bring to a simmer and cook 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions and drain.

Serve vegetable sauce over pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
