  • 2 lb pork steaks
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained, 4.5 ounce
  • 1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 0.5 tsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork strips and brown.

  • hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve hot.
