- 2 lb pork steaks
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can mushrooms, drained, 4.5 ounce
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 0.5 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork strips and brown.

- hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve hot.
