- 4 each qt. popcorn
- 2 each C. whole nuts (pecans, cashews, peanuts, etc.)
- 3 each C. miniature marshmallows
- 0 each C. spiced gum drops (omit the black ones)
- 1 each C. butter
- 0 each C. granulated sugar
- 0.5 each C. light corn syrup
- 1 each tsp. vanilla extract

Mix popcorn, nuts, marshmallows and gum drops in large bowl.

Melt butter in heavy saucepan.

Add sugar, corn syrup and bring to a boil.

Stirring, simmer for 3 minutes.

Add vanilla extract.

Blend well.

Pour over popcorn.

Mix, let stand 2 minutes to cool.

With wet hands, shape into cane.

Wrap in plastic.
