Cancun Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 2 lb mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lb spicy sausage
  • 3 piece green onions, diced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

    Cut sausage into tiny pieces and fry in oil until browned.

    In bowl add sausage, garlic powder, soy sauce, green onion, salt and pepper. Blend well.

    Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
