Campfire Kabobs
Ingredients

- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 green peppers, cut into 1in squares

Cut stem from green peppers, remove stem, seeds, juice, olive oil, and chili powder. Heat, stirring

and veins. Wash and blanch in boiling water for two occasionally. On skewers, arrange alternately

minutes. Remove, drain, and cool. Heat olive oil in bologna, green pepper, and pineapple. Grill 4in

large skillet. Add meat, onion, and celery. When above coals. Brush with sauce. Cook 8 minutes or

meat is browned, drain, put back in skillet and add until hot, brushing with sauce frequently. Serve on
- 7
spices and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until mixed buns with

well then remove from heat. Prepare rice according remaining sauce.
