Campbell's Beef Taco Bake

Ground beef simmered in tomato soup and salsa with tortilla pieces all baked together and topped with melted Cheddar — a 30-minute Tex-Mex casserole.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 6 flour tortillas (6-inch) or 8 corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef, stirring to separate. Drain fat.

    Add soup, salsa, milk, tortilla pieces, and half the cheese. Stir to combine.

    Spoon into a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
