  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM Luncheon Meat, sliced into 6 slices (3 inches x 1/4 inch)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 green bell pepper rings
  • 6 onion slices
  • 3 tablespoons Thousand Island salad dressing

    In skillet, sauté SPAM over medium heat until lightly browned

    Spread cut sides of bun with dressing

    Layer lettuce, SPAM, tomato, green pepper, and onion on bun bottom
