  • 1 0.5 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 cup clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
  • 1 count lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

    Heat 3 tablespoons of the clarified butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add salt, pepper, and shrimp (butterflied if desired). Sauté, turning once, until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes.

    Add remaining clarified butter and heat through, swirling the pan.

    Transfer shrimp to plates. Spoon hot butter sauce over. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
