- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.3 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 0.3 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
- 3 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 0.3 oz pitted green olives
- 1 cup coarsely crushed corn chips

In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth.

In a large bowl, toss romaine, cheddar, tomatoes, green onions, olives, and corn chips.
