  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 count medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.8 cup onion, chopped
  • 16 0.5 oz canned cream-style corn
  • 8 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 4 oz canned mushrooms, undrained
  • 10 oz canned tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
  • 2 0.3 oz canned sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 4 oz chopped pimento, drained
  • 1 0.5 tsp celery salt
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp dry mustard
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a large skillet, brown ground beef with green pepper and onion. Drain fat.

    Stir in cream corn, tomato sauce, tomato soup, mushrooms, canned tomatoes, olives, pimento, celery salt, chili powder, dry mustard, and pepper.

    Add cooked noodles and mix well.

    Pour into a large greased baking dish. Cover and bake 50 minutes.

    Uncover, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, and bake 10 more minutes until cheese melts.
