  • 1 each beef flank steak trimmed
  • 0.5 each c soy sauce
  • 1 each garlic salt
  • 1 each lemon pepper

Instructions

    Cut steak lengthwise with grain into long strips, no more than 1/4-inch thick.

    Toss with soy sauce.

  3. 3

    Arrange beef strips in a single layer on a wire rack placed on baking sheet.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper.

  5. 5

    Place second rack over beef and flip over.

    Remove top rack.

    Sprinkle again with seasonings.

    Bake in very slow oven (as low as it will go) or at 140 in Dehydrator for 6 to 8 hours.
