  • 4 tbs margarine
  • 1 onion, minced BEANS
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 2 cup milk 2 cans pork and beans
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 lb bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbs parsley flakes 2 medium onions, cut in chunks
  • 1 tsp garlic flakes 2 large green peppers, cut in chunks
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tbs Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

    Melt margarine in skillet and sauté onions. Blend in 2 cloves garlic, minced

    flour and stir until light brown. Gradually add milk 1 tsp oregano

    and cook, stirring until thickened. Pour over ham 1 tsp basil

  4. 4

    and potato mixture in Dutch oven. Add garlic and 1 tsp cumin

  5. 5

    parsley flakes. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs

    on top. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven. Stir well.

    Cover and bake for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
