Burrito Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sour cream, divided
  • 6 flour tortillas

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning as directed; stir in refried beans.

    Mix soup with half the sour cream; spread enough to coat the bottom of a casserole dish.

    Fill tortillas with meat mixture; roll burrito-style and place seam-side down in dish.

    Spread remaining sour cream over burritos; top with cheese. Bake uncovered 20–30 minutes until bubbly.
