Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 2 lb chicken wings, disjointed, tips discarded
  • 0.3 lb margarine (not butter)
  • 8 oz Frank's hot sauce
  • 2 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 stalks celery, for serving
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions

    Melt margarine until barely liquid; add hot sauce, mix, and set aside.

    Deep-fry wings until brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Put wings in a large bowl with a cover; pour sauce over all, cover, and shake to coat.

    Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
