  • 5/8 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C)

    Dissolve instant coffee in water

    In a large bowl, mix coffee, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until soft
