Broccoli and Rice Casserole

  • 2 package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
  • 4 cup cooked rice
  • 1 large bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 8 oz processed cheese sauce (Cheez Whiz)
  • 2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté celery, onion, and bell pepper in margarine until soft.

    Combine with cooked rice, broccoli, cheese sauce, and soup. Mix well; season.

    Transfer to a greased 3-quart casserole.

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
