  • 0 lb crab meat, backfin, cartilage and shells removed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 each egg

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties.

    Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
