  • 2 cup cooked millet 1 1/2 tbsp. tahini
  • 0.5 cup cooked brown rice 1 tsp. Vege-Sal or sea salt
  • 2/3 cup ground pumpkin 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
