Brandy Butter Ice Cream

  • 0.5 pint whipping cream
  • 0.3 pint milk
  • 5 oz confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp brandy
  • 3 oz unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

    Pour cream and milk into a bowl and beat together until softly stiff.

    Stir in sugar, vanilla extract, brandy and butter until smooth.

    Pour into a freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions until solid.
