- 3 whole large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs

- 1 cup brown sugar, for topping
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skin when cooled.

Whip sweet potatoes until fluffy. Add sugar, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Combine melted butter, flour, brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon for the crunch topping.
