- 3 count large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 count eggs
- 0.5 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.3 cup butter, melted (for topping)
- 0.3 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
- 1 cup brown sugar (for topping)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (for topping)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for topping)

Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, about 25–30 minutes. Cool, peel, and place in a large bowl.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.

Whip sweet potatoes until fluffy. Add granulated sugar, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
