  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 count eggs
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.3 cup butter, melted (for topping)
  • 0.3 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

    Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, about 25–30 minutes. Cool, peel, and place in a large bowl.
