Boston Market Meatloaf (Copycat)

Copycat Boston Market meatloaf made with ground sirloin and a sweet tomato-barbecue glaze baked in at 400°F for a dense, juicy loaf.

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 0.5 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 0.5 lb ground sirloin
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.8 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.3 tsp ground black pepper

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Mix together tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until it begins to bubble, then remove from heat.

    In a large bowl, add all but 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce to the meat. Mix well.

    Add flour, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Mix again.

    Pack into a loaf pan, cover with foil, and bake for about 30 minutes.

    Uncover, spread remaining sauce on top. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until cooked through.
