Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges

  • 8 count new red potatoes
  • 2 clove garlic, minced fine
  • 0.3 lb real butter (1 stick)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed

    Wash potatoes well and boil in salted water until barely soft, about 20 minutes. Drain and cut into wedges.
