- 8 count new red potatoes
- 2 clove garlic, minced fine
- 0.3 lb real butter (1 stick)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp dried dill weed

Wash potatoes well and boil in salted water until barely soft, about 20 minutes. Drain and cut into wedges.
