Bob Evan's Sausage Gravy

Copycat Bob Evans classic sausage gravy — crumbled breakfast sausage simmered in a rich, creamy milk gravy seasoned simply with salt and pepper. Perfect over biscuits.

  • 1 lb Bob Evans or similar bulk breakfast sausage
  • 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 8 count prepared biscuits, for serving

Instructions

    Crumble sausage into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
