  • 1 lb bacon strips
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 count large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cup seasoned croutons
  • 0.8 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.

    Make the dressing: blend mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until smooth. Season to taste.

    In a large salad bowl, combine shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and croutons.
