BLT Pasta Salad

- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Cook pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water and drain.

Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Combine pasta, bacon, and tomatoes; toss with dressing.

Refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir in chopped romaine just before serving.
