    Melt the margarine in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cin- namon and salt. Add the milk and stir until moistened. Spoon the blackberries over the batter. Do not stir. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold with ice cream or whipped cream. Peach Upside Down Cake 1 pound of peaches, peeled and sliced 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 1/2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 cup of butter, softened 2 eggs, separated Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
